1. Controller and contact

The controller of the personal data described in this notice is imposter., Italy, contactable at notyetimposter@gmail.com.

This notice supplements our Privacy policy, which applies in full to everything described here.

2. What we collect and why

The email address you give us, the date and time you gave it, and the record of the consent itself.

We use it to send you occasional email about new posters, and sometimes about a discount.

We do not profile you, we do not segment the list by behaviour, and we do not use your address to build advertising audiences on any platform.

3. Legal basis

Your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 130 of the Italian Personal Data Protection Code. Consent is given by submitting the form, and is not bundled with anything else: you can buy from us without joining, and joining does not require you to buy.

Where we email a customer about a poster similar to one already bought, we may rely instead on the exception in Article 130(4) of the Italian Personal Data Protection Code, which permits it where the address was obtained in the course of a sale, the message concerns similar goods, and the customer was told at the time and on every message that they can object. You may object at any time, at no cost.

You can withdraw consent at any time. It does not affect the lawfulness of anything sent before you did.

4. If you are in the United States

Every marketing email we send carries a working unsubscribe link, our valid physical postal address, a subject line that describes the message honestly, and a header that identifies us as the sender, in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act.

An unsubscribe request is honoured within ten business days at the latest, and in practice immediately. We do not sell, rent or transfer the list to anyone.

5. Who else handles it

Resend, our email delivery provider, acting as our processor under Article 28 GDPR. Our database provider, Supabase, stores the address and the consent record.

Both may process data outside the European Economic Area, on the bases described in section 5 of our Privacy policy.

6. How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or object. After that we keep only the minimum record needed to show that you unsubscribed and when, so that we do not add you again by mistake.

7. Your rights

Every right listed in section 8 of our Privacy policy applies here. The quickest way to exercise the one most people want is the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message we have sent you. Everything else: notyetimposter@gmail.com.
